Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every order, everywhere we ship, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?
8–15 business days to the United States, longer elsewhere. Full table on our shipping page.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Items ship from the facility that stocks them, and they are not always the same one. You pay nothing extra.

Products

Will the contoured mask press on my eyelashes?
No. The cups sit around the eye socket rather than on the eye, so you can blink freely and wear lash extensions.

Silk or satin — what is the difference?
Silk is a natural fibre from the silkworm. Satin is a weave, usually polyester, that mimics the feel at a lower price. Both reduce friction on hair. We label each product for what it actually is.

Can I sleep on my side with the pillow speaker?
Yes. It is thin enough to sit under a standard pillow without being felt.

How do I wash silk?
Cold water, gentle cycle, mesh bag, mild detergent. No bleach, no tumble dryer. Hang to dry away from direct sun.

Orders

Can I change my order after placing it?
Within 12 hours, yes — write to us. After that it has usually shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Several products, including our silk pillowcase, arrive boxed and need no wrapping.

I have not received a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to us and we will resend it.

Everything else

Will these products cure my sleep problems?
No, and we will not claim they do. If you are dealing with a persistent sleep problem, that is a conversation for a doctor. What we sell makes the evening more comfortable and more pleasant — that is the honest description.
