30 days

If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and earplugs can only be returned if the seal is unopened.

How to start a return

Write to awelyashop@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. If the item arrived damaged or faulty, attach a photo — it usually means we can resolve it the same day.

Damaged or wrong item

We replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to ship anything back. This is our mistake, not yours.

Changed your mind

Return shipping is at your cost. Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund the full purchase price within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show it — that part is on their side.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it ships. After it ships, it becomes a return.
