Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm go out the following Monday.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking can take 3–5 days to begin updating — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Separate parcels
Orders containing several items, including our sets, may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
Customs and duties
Orders to the United States are shipped duty paid. For other destinations, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery according to your country's rules. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. After the parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
