Satin, not silk
This is a satin weave, not the natural fibre. Satin is a way of weaving, not a material — it gives you the smooth surface for a fraction of the price, and we label it for what it is. If you want the fibre itself, look at the Vela pillowcase.

Cotton absorbs. Silk does not. Over a full night that difference shows up as fewer creases pressed into your face by morning, hair that keeps the shape you gave it, and skin that has not had its moisture pulled out of it. Nothing miraculous — just a better surface to spend a third of your life on.

8 to 15 business days to the United States. Canada and the UK take 10 to 18, Australia and New Zealand 12 to 20. Every parcel is tracked, and tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start updating — that is normal and does not mean it is lost.
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees set by your own country. Those are charged by your customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the price unless the page says duties are prepaid.

No. The cups sit around the eye socket rather than on the eye, so you can blink freely and wear lash extensions. If you sleep on your front and want the flattest possible profile, choose the silk mask instead.

Where we write silk, it is mulberry silk and we state the momme weight. Where it is a satin weave, we write satin. Two different products at two different prices, both named correctly.

You have 30 days from delivery. If it arrived damaged or is not what was described, we replace it or refund in full and you do not ship anything back. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost and we refund the purchase price within 5 business days.
