Satin or silk?

Satin is a weave, usually polyester. Silk is a natural fibre from the silkworm. Both reduce friction on hair. Silk breathes better and lasts longer; satin costs a quarter as much. Neither is a trick — they are just different things, and we name them correctly.

    How long will it take to reach me?

    8 to 15 business days to the United States. Canada and the UK take 10 to 18, Australia and New Zealand 12 to 20. Every parcel is tracked, and tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start updating — that is normal and does not mean it is lost.

    Will a contoured mask press on my eyelashes?

    No. The cups sit around the eye socket rather than on the eye, so you can blink freely and wear lash extensions. If you sleep on your front and want the flattest possible profile, choose the silk mask instead.

    Is the silk real silk?

    Where we write silk, it is mulberry silk and we state the momme weight. Where it is a satin weave, we write satin. Two different products at two different prices, both named correctly.

    What if it does not work for me?

    You have 30 days from delivery. If it arrived damaged or is not what was described, we replace it or refund in full and you do not ship anything back. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost and we refund the purchase price within 5 business days.

    Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

    Items ship from the facility that stocks them, and that is not always the same one. You are never charged extra for this, and each parcel is tracked separately.
